Highlights from the Tulsa CityLab Assessment

In May 2018, David Zipper and Rob Bole of CityLab conducted an assessment of Tulsa’s environment for fostering innovation-based economic development, along with a set of programmatic recommendations for city stakeholders. The following is a simple balance sheet of the ways in which Tulsa shows signs of being relatively more or less sophisticated than peers in the elements that contribute to growing innovative companies.

This report was commissioned by the City of Tulsa. As part of their continual commitment to Tulsa's entrepreneurs, the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation and 36 Degrees North are exploring partnership opportunities with the City of Tulsa and CityLab to implement action items from the report.
