Where and when do you get your best ideas? Right after a yoga class, in savasana... Ya know, the best part of the yoga class where you get to just lie there at the end.

What’s a work tool or ritual that you couldn’t live without? Putting together my list of to-do's in Evernote before I go to bed... That way my mind actually works through the next day's schedule and challenges me while I'm sleeping. It helps with my efficiency. Oh, and also a quick, guided meditation in the morning, usually between 5-10 minutes. (Wow, I'm starting to sound a little woo-wooey with all the talk of yoga and meditation!)

What skill would you like to master? Positive self-talk.

What advice would you give to someone seeking to launch or grow a business? Read Jack Canfield's "Success Principles", Jen Sincero's "You are a Badass", and Elizabeth Gilbert's "Big Magic." Then know that you are running a BUSINESS first and foremost- this is hard work, not all fun and games. Be wise, ask for help from smart people, build a network of like-minded people, and believe in yourself!

What’s a big “win” you experienced in the past year? I had some great professional wins like voicing a national promo for the Evine Shopping Network and a National PSA for the Petroleum Resources Board, but the personal wins are what stick out in my mind. Whew! 2018 has been quite a year so far! I have successfully recovered from a total hip replacement that I had in January of this year, and I am positively navigating a significant change in my relationship status. So yeah, I'd call those my biggest wins.

What are you most looking forward to in the year to come? I'm most looking forward to seeing how using the Law of Attraction in my life and business will open up opportunities that I didn't even know were possible!

Why 36 Degrees North? Are you kidding me??? It's the best place for an extroverted introvert (like myself) to work from! I spend the majority of my days in a padded room talking to myself (my sound booth). I joined 36°N in April of 2016 and was so excited for a place to be able to come and be around other like-minded entrepreneurs! Not even to really talk to, because I spend so much darn time talking, but to feel everyone's energy and excitement. It has helped propel my business forward.

Do you want to give any shout-outs? Yes! Shout out to friends like Amy Buchan Siegfried, Lauren King, Amy Hamilton, Stephanie Forrest and Andrew Brister who always have an encouraging word. And a "woot woot" to friends John Schroeder, Fields Cage and Andy Mullins whom are also clients!
