How, where and when do you get your best ideas?
Learning from amazing people over a cup of coffee - preferably DoubleShot.

What's a work tool or ritual that you couldn't live without?
I’m an efficiency fanatic. I could not live without my email and to do filing systems - a combination of O365 and Google Keep.

What skill would you like to master?
Negotiating. I truly believe that everyone can win in when you know how to play your cards right.

What advice would you give to someone seeking to launch or grow a business?
Beg, borrow, and steal from the learned experiences of those that have done it around you. Everyone always says yes to “I’d love to learn about your experience... can we chat over a cup of coffee or a bite to eat?”

What's a big "win" you experienced in the past year?
We eclipsed the 50 team member mark.

What are you most looking forward to in the year to come?
Giving back.
