How, where and when do you get your best ideas?
I work hard at establishing resources for my clients before they need them. I often get my ideas from "following and listening" (via social media) to the clients of my clients and taking note of what interests them.
What's a work tool or ritual that you couldn't live without?
My laptop and phone (mini laptop). I couldn’t live without Canva or Hootsuite either.
What skill would you like to master?
Implementing more comprehensive SEO strategies for my client's websites.
What advice would you give to someone seeking to launch or grow a business?
Do your homework, build trust, establish a reputation and invest in marketing.
What's a big "win" you experienced in the past year?
All of my dental practices saw record numbers of new patients in 2018 and are breaking records in 2019.
What are you most looking forward to in the year to come?
Incorporating what I am learning about SEO into the services that I provide for all my clients.
