Welcoming Our Newest Community Associate, Sheridan Ray

Meet Sheridan Ray, our newest 36°N team member! Sheridan is fun and bubbly and so good at making people feel welcome- making her the perfect person to hold down the fort at our front desk. In addition to working at 36°N, she's currently studying human development and family science at OSU Tulsa (go pokes). Her ultimate goal is to become a child play-therapist.

Where are you from and how did you end up in Tulsa?

Born and raised, T-town is where I spend the most of my days.

What’re your favorite things to do in your free time?

I really enjoy being outdoors - anything from hiking to biking to hammocking. It's always better in the cooler climates!

Favorite local restaurants?

Kilkennys, Laffa, Dilly Diner and Torchy's

If you were to start your own business, what would it be and why?

My dream business would be to simply make playlists for customer's events (not to be confused with a DJ, I would not want to be in charge of playing the music at the event)

Favorite memory of 2018 so far?

Getting this job, of course. And spending time with my family at the lake.

What song would you sing at Karaoke Night?

If you could splurge a whole paycheck on any store, which store would it be?

Madewell, for sure!

What are three things you would take with you on a deserted island and why?

1) Water - apparently it is essential 2) Endless supply of torchy's tacos - no matter the circumstance, it is never a bad time to have a taco 3) The entire "Parks and Rec" series - this needs no further explanation.

What characteristics do you most admire in others?

I really admire empathy, commitment and honesty.
