R.I.S.E. empowers, educates, and unifies urban professionals as transformative change agents through community, business, and leadership development.  

R.I.S.E. serves as the Professional Network and Economic Development facilitator of Coalescent Community Development Corporation, a non-profit organization established to improve the quality of life and remove systemic inequality for the residents of low- to moderate-income neighborhoods, specifically North Tulsa.
