SCORE is a nationwidevolunteer association dedicated to helping individuals intending to start a small business and those already in business desiring advice. The organization started in 1964 now has 13,000 members and 369 Chapters. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The Tulsa Chapter with an office in downtown Tulsa has branches in Bartlesville, Broken Arrow and Grove. There are about thirty active members. Member’s background includes holding executive and managerial positions in a variety of industries.Many have personal experience with small business ownership. They volunteer to share their experience with others planning to start a business or needing advice on managing an existing business.
