Blueprint918 exists to:

- Build and cultivate relationships that strengthen the young Black professionals community through impactful social events.
- Create professional development opportunities to equip young Tulsans with the skills necessary for leadership advancement.
- Connect talented young, black professionals to opportunities that increase and expand access to leadership pipelines in the Tulsa region.
