i2E Management Company, Inc. (iMCI) is a private, for profit investment and fund management company operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of i2E, Inc. iMCI currently manages $90 million across five venture funds. iMCI makes investment decisions and provides investment management as General Partner and/or Managing Member of a growing number of privately managed venture capital funds. Since 2007, iMCI and its parent company i2E, Inc. have invested more than $61 million into 58 companies representing seed-stage to early-stage venture capital investments across many different industries including the life sciences and software/IT.a nationally recognized private not-for-profit corporation.

Over our 17-year history, i2E’s nationally recognized services have provided business expertise and funding to more than 650 of Oklahoma’s emerging small businesses.

With more than $49 million of investment capital under management, we are focused on serving Oklahoma companies in all phases of the business life cycle, from startups looking for their first round of capital to established businesses seeking funding to expand their markets or products.

We are helping launch new products into the marketplace more efficiently and more quickly while providing guidance to bring more non-dilutive funding to Oklahoma’s researchers and entrepreneurs. Through our proven business and venture development process, we turn innovations into successful enterprises.
